The professional people who man the reception desk are great. This includes Jeanine, Ricco, Peggy and a pleasant man with a beard who likes techno music.Everyone was extremely polite, responsive and cheerful about my questions and requests.When I got back to Berlin, I will stay here again. -

We loved the location. We stayed at the Lichener location and it was in the heart of a lot of action, but quiet due to the enclosed court yard. The neighborhood is very young and full of places to eat and hangout and is less touristy than some parts if Berlin. lt

Great location - Prenzlauerberg is definitely Berlin's best neigborhood to stay in: friendly, green and many great places to eat and drink. Pension Peter's beds are very comfortable and our apartment's kitchen was very adequately equipped.

The location is perfect. Mitte is a great area with lots of vintage
stores, nice restaurants en great pubs. Within a couple of minutes you
walk to the river Spree, which runs through the hart of the city. Big
hotspots like Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, Brandenburger Tor,
Reichstag, Bundestag and Holocaust Denkmal are doable walking. I can
recommend this hotel to anyone!

Excellent design, rooms are of a good size and well isolated. It was an amazing price/ quality ratio. We had a wonderful, huge apartment for a price elsewhere you wouldn't even get a broom closet. We were amazed about the luxurious comfort and the full equipment of the suite. Specially the kitchen had everything from a fridge, micro wave to a washer. You could have moved in there for living.

Very nice design hotel - nice big room - good location close to U-bahn, restaurants and close to Alexander Platz (10 minutes walk). Quit area.
Free wifi - worked best in the lounge. Will absolutely stay there again when returning to Berlin !

Las instalaciones y el personal del hotel son excelentes. Además está relativamente próximo al aeropuerto de Tegel. El acceso al centro de la ciudad desde el hotel es bastante sencillo (30 min. puedes llegar a Alexanderplatz utilizando transporte público) - Excelente atencion del personal del hotel. The staff was very friendly but some appeared a bit reserved.
The location is great, it took about 20min to walk to the central station/city (the neighborhood is also very good).

We loved its proximity to the main train station (it can be reached in around 10 min walk). However, the area in which it is located is under construction so reaching the hotel carrying luggage was quite a pain (took us 25 min).
