I know there have been a few poor reviews of this hotel but if you go ask for a street side room, the rooms are spacious, the beds ae firm but fine and the room is clean and functional. The location was excellent, as it was a short walk to the train station.
There were tram and bus stops nearby as well. Breakfast was very nice.
I mentioned that it was our one year anniversary, and we had fresh fruit in our room when we arrived. I'm not sure if it's standard, but it was definitely a nice treat since we checked in at around midnight and were a bit hungry.

Habitaciones amplias y muy limpias. El detalle del microondas en cada habitacion entre otras muchas cosas mas. - Habitación muy amplia (¡enorme!) y muy limpia, con muchas facilidades. No parece un hotel de 3 estrellas, debería tener 4. Realmente recomendable.

Good all-round breakfast offering.
Didn't use evening restaurant facilities, but did notice that a pre-booked (presumably) meal offer for groups seemed to be available. -
