Las instalaciones y el personal del hotel son excelentes. Además está relativamente próximo al aeropuerto de Tegel. El acceso al centro de la ciudad desde el hotel es bastante sencillo (30 min. puedes llegar a Alexanderplatz utilizando transporte público) - Excelente atencion del personal del hotel. The staff was very friendly but some appeared a bit reserved.
The location is great, it took about 20min to walk to the central station/city (the neighborhood is also very good).

We loved its proximity to the main train station (it can be reached in around 10 min walk). However, the area in which it is located is under construction so reaching the hotel carrying luggage was quite a pain (took us 25 min). In our room we found some brochures at the back of which there were some discount coupons for Madame Tussauds and Sealife. We were happy to use them and get 2 tickets for the price of 1. Localización - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great right next to Fredrichstrasse Train Station. The hotel before check in and after you check out the hotel will look after your bags so you do not have to carry them about. - The room was very good and the staff very professional.
