Está al lado de los rascacielos y de la estación central .Tiene calefacción, muy importante en invierno ( hace un frío que pela ). La cocina está totalmente equipada y el dueño deja un montón de cosas para comer ( leche, cereales, café, té, pan de molde, nutella, mermelada, etc.
