Everything. The rooms were excellent, everything needed was available and the laundry in the room. Sauna and pool were great. Most of all the breakfast was good and the staff especially Mr Negash Kebede and Zakaria were so polite and full of smiles. The ladies at the reception too were wonderful and very helpful, Katja was the name. Will certainly come back.

Service was phenomenal. Were escorted to our room by the young woman who help us at the desk; showed us how everything worked in the room. Restaurant was excellent with nice bar adjacent. Live music, yet you could still have a conversation. Wait staff made arrangements for transportation to airport before we left breakfast and checked out. - T

Yopadezco asma y pido que la habitación sea de no fumador, sin nada deplumas, ni en almohadas o sobrecamas y mi mayor sorpresa es que ha sidoel unico hotel en el que he estado que ya me estaban esperando con lahabitación adecuada. amabilidad del personal y atencion - It was very clean and ...hot. Even too hot ;-) but I liked it. I also liked the variety of different foods for breakfast which was included in the price, - Friendly staff. Good value for money.
