Todo resultó fantástico. La ubicación es inmejorable ya que está a un costado de la terminal Frankfurt Main (no en la zona roja). El personal es inmejorable y el desayuno imperdible. la ubicación cerca de la Estación de ferocarril y de la Feria, fácil acceso a pie y en el tranvía o en metro, disponibilidad de tiendas cerca, la calidad de hotel, su diseño - El personal eran muy serviciales y simpaticos. Mi habitación, 1015, era espectacular.

Everything. The rooms were excellent, everything needed was available and the laundry in the room. Sauna and pool were great. Most of all the breakfast was good and the staff especially Mr Negash Kebede and Zakaria were so polite and full of smiles. The ladies at the reception too were wonderful and very helpful, Katja was the name. Will certainly come back.

Service was phenomenal. Were escorted to our room by the young woman who help us at the desk; showed us how everything worked in the room. Restaurant was excellent with nice bar adjacent. Live music, yet you could still have a conversation. Wait staff made arrangements for transportation to airport before we left breakfast and checked out. - T

Staff was very helpful. Rooms are not luxury but clean. Out of city hustle. Close to ALDI supermarket. Good breakfast. Internet is good. -
