La ubicación. Está a tan sólo tres paradas de Marientplatz y al lado Englisgarten . La zona además es bonita y agradable. Cabe también destacar la amabilidad del personal del hotel. - Lo mejor del hotel es su ubicación, por lo que yo lo recomendaría sin dudarlo. It was an excellent location just off the main shopping street in Munich. We were two underground stops from the main railway station and in walking distance of many of the attractions. The staff were friendly and the rooms were large, with a separate kitchen and bathroom. We slept three people comfortably. Self laundry facilities were available. The reception and other staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very new, and has very nice installations. The staff is
very friendly. There is a great garden with a "sandbox" and
toys for the kids. Very near to OstbahnHof from where you can reach
every place in the city with public transport. Convenience and
restaurants nearby. Very family friendly. Washing/dry machines in
the basement for 4 Euro each program.

The apartment was good for 3 travelling together. 1 double bedroom
and a living / sleeping area with 2 bathrooms. It was
spacious, comfortable and within walking distance from Marienplatz
and Hauptbahnhof. Kitchen facilities were adequate (no sink plug)
with supermarket nearby. Washing machine, airer, iron and ironing

We were traveling by train so having the main train station 10 minute walk away from the hotel was convenient. Also 10 to 15 minute walk to city center. Staff very helpful. - Excellent value for the money. Excellent location.
