El trato muy profesional del personal del hotel. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, el punto estratégico desde el que salir a descubrir berlín, bien andando para los alrededores próximos, bien en metro de superficie para el resto. - Me encantó este Hotel. The hotel is cozy, comfortable and quiet. Nicely located in East Berlin, it's minutes away from Alexanderplatz, underground and some of the most famous Berlin monuments. Nothing to complain about here. Staff is superb. There's no breakfast at the hotel - my best advice here is to go to Alex restaurant (located in the bottom of the TV Tower), you can get buffet breakfast for 7 euros every day from 9 to 12. Large apartments hotel. Really beautiful corner apartment full of windows, great view at TeleTower. Technics, furniture, equipment, stuff are very fine and new, good well known producers (AEG, Toshiba, etc.). Delicious croissants in the morning. Coffee. Clean, fresh. Large comfortable lift. It was one of my best rooms/apartments abroad.
Well located, between two different subway stations (different lines), 2-3 minutes walk. Alexander Platz is 7-10 minutes walk.

I'd say that everything is fine with this apartments (Karl Marx
Allee 137). It's clean and quite cosy. The kitchen is equipped with
everything you need and moreover there were some oil, tea bags, salt and
sugar - it helps when you've just arrived :) Taxi driver lost in
this district, he didn't know any word in English and Anne explained
him by phone what's a place he needs to get to. Many thanks.
