We had a studio apartment and it worked out well. We were able to buy a few breakfast items, snacks, and beverages. Small kitchenette did not have a stove, but had a microwave and all the needed dishes and utensils. The room was cleaned every day and was spotless. ... lo que la gente dice » fact we walked from the train station to the hotel (about a 15 minute brisk walk). We really loved the little balcony for our evening glass of vino. -
Location was handy, being very near to the main train station with
underground and tram and bus connections. However, it was a little too
far to walk to the main attractions. The apartment was fantastic - very
spacious and the beds were very comfortable - and the children loved the
indoor swimming pool.

The apartment is palacial in size complete with a 52" telly. High ceilings and plaster cornices. Very lovely. Excellent heating, very comfy bed and nice touches such as milk coffee teabags etc.when you arrive. Can't recommend highly enough. -

Andreas, the owner, was so lovely and welcoming - he made sure we had everything we needed and gave us advice on Berlin & how to get around. He was also really flexible around our arrival times and helped store our luggage on the last day as we had a late flight out. All our queries before the holiday were answered quickly and thoroughly which was a big help. Brand new hotel in excellent but calm location in Berlin-
"Mitte", only 10 min. Walking distance to the Parliament`s
quarter/central station/Brandenburg gate/Hacke`scher Markt,
nicely furbished & relatively spacious rooms with two big room-high
windows which can be opened to a french balcony, appealing room design

Hotel I31 is a great design hotel in a good location in Berlin. The
staff are very helpful and very personable. When we checked in I told
the reception gentleman that I needed a beer after a long drive and in
less than 30 seconds I had a cold beer in my hand! I don't like a
big breakfast meal, but Hotel I31 has an option for coffee and rolls for
Euro 5 which is perfect for my wife and me. However, if you are
interested in a big breakfast theirs did look exceptional with lots of
options for meat
