Cercanía al centro (Marienplatz, Neues Rathaus). Si no se quiere ir andando se puede llegar al centro en dos paradas a través de una parada de S-Bahn junto al hotel. We were traveling by train so having the main train station 10 minute walk away from the hotel was convenient. Also 10 to 15 minute walk to city center. Staff very helpful. - Excellent value for the money. Excellent location.

I am extremely positively impressed by the behavior of the entire staff who checked me in and checked me out of the hotel. The hotel is very new, and has very nice installations. The staff is
very friendly. There is a great garden with a "sandbox" and
toys for the kids. Very near to OstbahnHof from where you can reach
every place in the city with public transport. Convenience and
restaurants nearby. Very family friendly. Washing/dry machines in
the basement for 4 Euro each program.

- Very clean, very nicely decorated. No unpleasant odors, like so many
other hotels have.
- Big LCD TV with decent selection of channels -- unfortunately mostly German.
- Friendly and accommodating staff had our room prepared with a baby bed and any request we had was handled quickly and efficiently.
- Very close to the U-bahn.
- As long as you accept the fact you will eat breakfast at a nice bakery on the corner of the building and not use their internet, it's a wonderful hotel to stay at.
