  We had a problem with our room (it was smelling smoke) and people from reception had a quick and nice reaction, they changed our room, thing that we appreciate a lot. The hotel was situated within walking distance of Museum Island and the Nikolaiviertel so sightseeing was easy. Having a subway station across the street gave us convenient access to the rest of Berlin.

Thanks for you hospitality it was very - Hotel was walking distance to most of the sights. Once you find the hotel it is easy to find your way back. The difficulty was by car locating the hotel and how to drive there. The entrance is not on a main road but on a tiny 1-way street that runs between 2 main roads. A friend who grew up in Berlin was driving me and we circled a few times before spotting the entrance to the hotel. I'm sure a taxi driver would have no trouble locating it. Lots of shops nearby as well as a train station.

  Helpfull staff (24 hours). Nice bed. Teenage son happy with the large sofa bed. Cleaning and new towels daily (like in more expensive hotels). Breakfast buffet was satisfactory. Serviced by two Ubahn stations a v short distance away that will get you into central Berlin easily enough. Not going to win any awards, but for the price per night exaclty what we needed
