El edificio es del siglo XVII, restaurado como hotel hace tres años. Al llegar no había mucho movimiento y nos costó un poco encontrar la recepción, que está en una esquina del bar. The room was very large with a separate room for off the suite for our older daughter. Bed very comfortable.
Breakfast is very good with fresh baked rolls each morning.
Location is 1 minute walk from Hauptstrasse but enough away to be quiet for sleeping.
Staff very helpful in getting a taxi and other assist. Registering was a piece of cake and had all the info printed out from letsbookhotel.com. This was our second stay in two years and am still very satisfied with the hotel.

todo, la atención, ambiente muy agradable y de buen gusto - La amabilidad del pesonal y la tranquilidad de la zona. Está ubicado a unos 15 minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad. Y además tiene parking propio sin sobrecoste.

The staff were brilliant and their English was superb, unlike our German!
We stayed for dinner at the hotel twice of our four nights and it was excellent, we ate the same meal both nights! The service was also excellent.
We also had breakfast one morning which was good and again the service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble..

I was alone after a business trip and it was everything I wanted and more. The service is tip top. They speak English and will help you with anything. The style is Ultra Modern - great for a luxury stay, though moderately priced. Location is great - it's a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk to the Alt Stadt.

Neat Hotel, clean, kind reception, the receptionist carried my GF's bag. The breakfast is above average.
The restaurant need to be reserved in advance (which is a good sign!). We have been happy of this hotel and will come back again in case we decide to pay another visit to Heidelberg.

Everything from the chechin to the checkout was simply amazing. Honestly, I was not expecting it to be so good. Its modern, equipped, comfortable and the people are very humble. The food is awesome. if I have to rate this place, I would give it 5 on 5. I would recommend and go there myself.

The hotel was in a great location. On a side street, close to shops, restaurants etc.but quieter at night than many city hotels. Easy to find if you arrive by car.

The staff were so welcoming and could not do enough for us. We felt like special guests. We had room 8 which was like having our own penthouse suite- quietly tucked away at the back of the building so we weren't disturbed. The location of the is perfect, right in the heart of the old town bar area, lively and fun. Breakfast was top quality. We just loved this place! Thanks especially to Isabel, who made sure our stay was perfect.

The Hotel room was spacious for two, the complimentary bottles of water in the room was a nice touch, and the buffet breakfast was delicious. - Rooms are huge and hotel is in a beautiful area of Heidelberg, excellent staff and facilities, very comfortable.
