The apartments are newly furbished, very well designed, clean and comfortable.
I was treated to a very friendly and helpful Landlady, who really went out of her way to make my stay very comfortable and easy. I cannot praise the accommodation and kindness highly enough.

Personnel friendliness and real customer service. Eventhough did not use
Minibar but beverages and snacks were free of charge. This is very
important either if you arrive late in evening and want to have some
refreshments. Or just want to work with small snack and beverages at
your disposal with ripping off prices at most hotels.

And you can obviously see the owners take care of the apartment a lot.
I also spent a night in a 4 star hotel for a wedding in Düsseldorf and I can honestly say that I prefer Airport apartment to that 4 star hotel. -

Una amplia habitación, de las mejores en las que he dormido. Silencioso a pesar de estar cerca de una calle con bastante tráfico - Would definitely stay again. Picked up some of the cards at the front desk. Man working front desk was very helpful and friendly. Room was perfect. Breakfast was good with lots of variety cereal, fruit meat. Very nice

Hotel less than 1 block from train/tram station for those going to Phillips Hall as I was. - Lovely hotel, extra friendly and helpful staff, great rooms, amazing breakfast. All in all, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! Would recommend to anyone. Don't be put off that it's 15 mins south of the train station - we were given free tram passes on arrival, the trams are 3 an hour, and they take 10 minutes to Konigsalee, or the Altstadt.

Hotel is budget-friendly and located in quite area, 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from city center. Hotel has free parking and wifi. Big loby and room area is huge with big luxury toilets and sofa bed. Room window is wide with nice view of the forest. Room facilities include almost everything. Close to airport, only 10 minutes and about 10-15 euros for a taxi.
Spotless clean rooms, comfortable, lovely furnishings, all maintained
very well. Wonderful service from attentive capable staff who solve any
problem you give them.
Fast front desk checking in and check out, couldn't have been better. They make a big effort.

"Great apartment in excellent location”
Beautiful historic building. The apartment was large and comfortable, completely renovated, all brand new, very quiet and yet with easy access to the attractive places in the city. The staffs are friendly and customer oriented.
Stayed only a night but it was still a great experience and I wish I could have stayed longer, especially as The Red is right on the river Rhine.
