Everything, staff could not do more for us, food and value first class. I would strongly reccomend it for a good three star city break. The friendliness made it for us.

The location is perfect and the staff were very friendly.

The WIFI connection in our room was very weak, I couldn't get connected.
The noise from the tram from outside.
The shower wasn't in a very good condition. It almost broke down.
Better to ask for a room at the back as the trams run past the front.
