Very helpful staff! I spent one night here and got a really big room on the top floor. As several people has mentionned; the stair is very steep and there is no elevator. No problem for me. The free WiFi was fast and worked very well. The hotel has an excellent location. Walking distance to everything. I will definitely come back here next time I visit Bremen. Staff was extremely helpful and provided a lot of tourist information when we checked in. Internet connections were super and easy to use. Location was great but the neighborhood is close to areas that are warned about in Lonely Planet. Coffee and tea facilities in the room as well as a small stove and refrigerator were very convenient.
