  I always use the AVUS for ICC Meetings in Berlin. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable and the breakfast, food and drink are all very good. It is very easy to check-in and check-out and the rooms are double-glazed as well. It is also very easy to get from the AVUS to the centre of Berlin. - Staff at Breakfast was very friendly.
