You get what is being promised, inexpensive, decent, clean accommodation not far from the public transport. Actually the hotel is within walking distance (one U-bahn stop) to the center of West Berlin, but it is also quiet and free of the big city noise. The location was great, only 10 min walking till historical Check Point Charlie square & near to many other historical places. In Check Point Charlie you can get on “hop on hop off “tour buses if you want.
Only 5 min walking to metro station where from there you can start using Berlin great public transport metro & tram connections.

The receptionist was a bit rude to start with but later he was better. The receptionist later on the night was very nice. Even tho I didnt have the chance to visit the city, was very close to the citycentre and if I go back there, I may stay on the same hotel. Parking was 5euros per day if you buy from the hotel, but as I arrived late afternoon and left very early in the morning, i managed to find free parking 300metres from the hotel, just look around the residential areas if you dont want to

Everything!!! I checked in with 8hrs of delay but the staff opened and gave me a great welcome!!! The staff is just great, rooms are clean and the services are all ok! The position is quite good and the neighborhood is silent... I had a GREAT TIME! -
