  The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hostel was clean and tiddy. They sold the Berlin Welcome Card which was very convenient and they are right across from a U-bahn stop. They are also right by a road with a lot of traffic but the hostel is back off the street so you don't hear any of it, which is great.
