Friendly and helpful staff, very quiet location, which came as a surprise, given the busy street address (but it is in the 2nd backyard - no noise ets through to there).

Because this hotel is really part of a hospital, it is rather unconventional. But it is spotlessly clean, and clinically run! The swimming pool doubles as a therapy pool for patients, so may not always be available, but it too was spotlessly clean, and I loved having it. Generous breakfast buffet was included in our special deal, and was good. Car parking was free and plentiful.
