  One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Very pleasant staff and rooms are fantastic! Location right next to Hagenbeck Tierpark makes it a great choice for Families and the Bus and Trains are leaving 500 m away to get into town in 15 minutes!!! Great Bar and Bar-staff super friendly!   The staff was very friendly and very helpful with directions. Location was excellent: 3 closeby train stations and very central, beside Alster lake, closeby touristy spots. The rooms were new, very comfy beds (difficult to leave the room!) Price was reasonable for the convenience.
