  The location of the stay was perfect: a quiet town with a very short stroll to restaurant and also incredible woodcarvers workshop. It was a few minutes drive the one end of the Route De Vin and a perfect place to start out and end up. The hotel was very comfortable and felt like home. The owners are wonderful! We were upgrad - This was our second trip to Clos St Vincent, and we returned because of the great time we had in July. It was actually a spur of the moment decision, due to an open weekend, and no plans. As it turned out, it was a great time to go, and we were fortunate there was a room, as it was the weekend of the Medieval Festival, and we got the only room left, a comfortable family room. We again brought our dogs, and enjoyed walking through the vinyards, now laden with bunches of nearly ripe grapes. Em
