This hotel is fantastic. We stayed here with our 6-month old and our small French bulldog for a quick one-night getaway to visit the Christmas Markets. This place was amazing. We arrived early 4 hours early and were promptly checked in. The reception staff member was very welcoming and showed us to our room. We also met the co-owner at the end of our stay, and she was more than happy to provide a wealth of information. Wish I had gotten their names to thank them both. The location was fantastic, the building had a sense of tradition and the spa area was clean and very relaxing. I will be sure to return to this hotel.

We reserved junior suite, but it was upgraded to suite. Room was large, clean and beautiful. We could go out to balcony, enjoying beautiful Alsace building inside. The hotel is absolutely the best in Strasbourg. Stay in the hotel could be one of the best experience in Strasbourg.

Very charming hotel. Old and new combined perfectly, tastefully furnished, very nice atmosphere. Service was outstanding! Friendly, smiling, very service minded staff (all of them without exception). Everything came together in a perfect manner. We give our best recommendations. One of the best hotel experiences we ever had. Will absolutely return one day to this hotel. Great experience!

Studio Austerlitz was a perfect choice for my weekend visit to Strasbourg. The studio itself is lovely and perfect for a solo traveler or couple -- very cozy and well maintained, even with charming art on the walls. The location was also ideal, literally minutes walking time to the Cathedral and other attractions. El personal muy amable. Tuvimos una habitación en el último piso, que fue la delicia de nuestra hija pues era dúplex, la 404. - La ubicación es perfecta, y el personal muy amable. La habitación es muy amplia, pero le falta algo de decoración en paredes. El desayuno está bien, pero podría estar mejor por el precio que pagas.
