  Friendly staff always available to help in anything we might need. One day, we got a rainy day while on our city sight seeing, and when we got to our hotel the receptionist offered us some hot drinks to make up for our not so great day. There is a bus stop just a couple minutes way that take you to the metro station that goes directly to the city ... lo que la gente dice » center ( Louvre/Notre-Dame). We were greeted in a most friendly manner by the receptionist who went out of his way to make sure we were able to get something to eat etc. The room was quite and spotless.   We really liked the roominess. Also were really pleased to have the kitchen facilities, another feature we took advantage of was the laundry, it was very handy at that time.
