It was perfect for our needs. Relaxed and friendly. Lovely location; even our non-lake-view (and therefore cheaper) room had a fine view. Great hotel in a superb location. Staff are the best! We got terrific
tips for day trips, restaurants and always, always a friendly smile. We
felt as if were were at home. The spa after hiking and sightseeing is
excellent! Rooms are beautiful and so tastefully decorated. Breakfast
is 12 Euros and well worth it--delicious!! Can't say enough about
the top service and staff--go out of their way to be helpful and
friendly. We'll be back! Room 102 is magnifique with view of Mont
Blanc and balcony.

Great location for ski lift and access to La Plange ski area. Staff could not have been more helpful. Enjoyed the living room bar area and the restaurant was good for evening meals. WIFI access in rooms and living area was great for the kids "who need to be connected" 24/7 -

Everything, especially the outdoor pool area and the fact there was indoor pool too. the room was great, nice and big for two people, very private, lovely location, bikes available for hire, we did a great ride out to Chanay, beautiful countryside. -

Right opposite stn, you could hardly miss your train! Convenient bar/cafe even if scruffy/dodgy - ok for male travellers or non fussy females as a small group. Room had everything necessary -
VERY close to Chambery train / bus station.
