Ubicacion. Trato del personal - The staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The food and service were very good. We chose this hotel for two reasons: we were en-route to Switzerland, and this hotel had a secure garage and was ideally located for the motorway. We will definitely stay there again and hopefully one day see more of Reims. - go

This was our first Novotel experience and will definitely make us look
into staying in one again. It was like somebody had designed a hotel
room from scratch and they seemed to have thought of everything. Loved
the room dividers, great bright lights in the bathroom, blackout blinds,
the big desk on wheels, the fridge, microwave and tea kettle, the
complimentary toiletries and snacks (what budget hotel still does
that?)... I could go on. Breakfast was also a great experience and

Excellent amenities and location - reasonable walking distance from train. - Everything was wonderful. The room was spacious, clean and bright. It was also very quiet at night. Bed was deliciously comfortable.

Friendliness of staff, quality of food and wine, large grassy area at the back for us to exercise our 2 dogs. - All of the staff were wonderful and made us feel very welcome.

sauna was nice but turn it on first and then go in the pool - took a while to heat up. -
The room was spacious and it was possible to park your car outside the back door of the room.
The restaurant was beautiful and the food superb.
