Romantic dining cliffside and a chef that will prepare what you want. Nice little nearby restaurants that have views and more simple fare for thos who wish to keep it simple. -

Tasteful decor, comfortable bed, good-sized bedroom. Excellent breakfast with lovely fresh fruit and a good selection of other items. We had a room at the side, looking out over the river which is probably better than a room facing the sea as it is quieter and there is always something to watch.

2-Hotel is in a fantastic medieval village that is still inhabited and sits atop a high hill (or small mountain) with a view of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding mountains.
3-Fabulous gourmet restaurant with Chef Stephan. Dinner is not to be missed! Try the goat cheese spread, and steak or chicken dinners. Never had a bad meal.
4-Walking through picturesque medieval village and taking pictures.

The owner/staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal or walikng into town center. The Voillle Sailing Regatta was in full swing...very exciting! My wife and I loved the owners resident dog and 21 year old cat! Breakfasts were delicious...the pool inviting! The outside bar fun!! We will definitely go back to this wonderful hotel. -

The setting of the hotel is beautiful, overhanging a bay on the Med. The room whilst a bit on the small side ( we had a comfort double, room 30) was gorgeous, very unusual deco. We didn't try any of the facilities as (spa etc|) we only stayed one night, and unfortunately the weather was atrocious which spoiled the stay for -
This hotel is situated very well (quiet and with a splendid vue). The staff (specifically the director) is extremely helpfull and friendly. We enjoyed this hotel very much. I have read some complaints about the breakfast but you should consider it's a small hotel (21 rooms) and you cannot expect the same big choice as you can enjoy in big hotels which have + 100 rooms. I would recommend this hotel to everybody.
