It's a home run hotel with free parking. The owners are very friendly, who gave good advice of where to visit and eat. We were thoroughly pleased with the warm welcome we recieved at hotel albert. The room was nice, extremely clean and we were fortunate enough to have the room with the balcony and sea view which was delightful!
Our hosts were extremely helpful- providing us with a plug adapter and helping us charge our camera after we realised, to our dismay, we had left our charger at home!
All in all, no complaints whatsoever!

This hotel is highly recommendable. It has a really great atmosphere with a very slick design. It is located on a pedestrian street in the centre of Juan les pins and right by a small beach with crystal clear water. We stayed for four nights and walked across to the old town which was about 20 minutes away. This is buzzing in the afternoon/evening

The Eden hotel was perfectly located, so comfortable, well maintained and clean. The hospitality was absolutely exceptional. Everything from the breakfast to the to the library to the shutters was designed with love and abundant concern for the comfort of guests. I look forward to returning. -

Sophie, hotel owner, was so very accommodating. On our arrival she immediately changed our booking to another room to best suit our baggage needs. Nothing was a problem. We had an excellent stay at Villa St Hubert, great location with a central point of all amenities and city points of interests. The owner was excellent with a great amount of knowledge as took time to help and talk to us. Will def stay here again when we visit and would recommend to others.

The hotel was ideally located close by the station and in the town centre.
The building has plenty of character and is well maintained.
The staff were all helpful and welcoming. It is a real French Hotel but communication for us was straightforward despite us not being fluent speakers.
The air conditioning was vital and performed fantastically.

Warm and Friendly - Friendly, informal, helpful staff, inexpensive, breakfast basic but fresh and of high quality, relaxed atmosphere. Excellent free wi-fi which actually worked all the time - essential during my stay. Hotel cat also friendly!

La ubicación. - Lo mejor: la ubicacion, esta en un sitio perfecto tanto si viajas en coche como si no. Es bastante limpio y aunque da a la calle, no se nota el ruido. Muy cerca de todo, de la playa, las tiendas y los restaurantes. Tambien tiene un parking en frente. Perfecto si no vas a estar mucho tiempo y no buscas lujo.
