we stayed in an non refurbished room (rooms 9 and up have been refurbished), so the bathroom was a bit old and small, but had everything you needed. staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. fantastic location one street back from the promenade and beach, and no steet noise at all at the back of the building.

A very special building - a villa, surrounded by trees and bushes, a very nice, quiet, peaceful place, at the same time only 200 meters from a publich beach and less than 1 km from the old town of Antibes. The owners taking good care of the hotel and the customers.

This was a welcoming, most convenient, comfortable and quiet hotel - just what we wanted. Excellent airy, large room, with beautifully tiled bathroom. We had a wonderful time in the central part of Old Antibes. The room was clean and attractive. We were able to prepare drinks, breakfast and light meals with the very well equipped kitchen. The staff were exceptional and supported our late arrival by leaving keys with the restaurant down stairs. Our visit was very relaxed and Studios Perl contributed to our well-being.

La ubicación. - Lo mejor: la ubicacion, esta en un sitio perfecto tanto si viajas en coche como si no. Es bastante limpio y aunque da a la calle, no se nota el ruido. Muy cerca de todo, de la playa, las tiendas y los restaurantes. Tambien tiene un parking en frente. Perfecto si no vas a estar mucho tiempo y no buscas lujo.

We had an excellent stay at Villa St Hubert, great location with a central point of all amenities and city points of interests. The owner was excellent with a great amount of knowledge as took time to help and talk to us. Will def stay here again when we visit and would recommend to others.
