El trato del personal. La dueña es encantadora y realmente se preocupa de que te encuentres a gusto. El hotel está a dos minutos de los lugares más interesantes de Lourdes. Dispone de aparcamiento privado, pero aún así hay un aparcamiento público gratuito enfrente del hotel. Muy recomendable por la relación calidad/precio -

Fantastic location hop skip and jump into the basilica complex. Simple
yet extremely clean hotel that offers you the basic requirements with
all it's warmth. This hotel completed our pilgrimage by offering all
the warmth and valuable information. The hotel could do with a bit of
mordenisation but nothing such that you would find amiss. Laura and
Peter are amazing and make outstanding hosts.

Self-catering therefore quite good if you're travelling as a family or on a budget.
Less than 10 minutes walk to sanctuary, castle and the town.
Less than 5 minutes taxi ride to the train station.
Very good wifi connection even inside the room. This allows us to watch other English TV channels via streaming on our iPads.
English speaking and helpful staff...special mention to Fidela (sorry if the spelling is wrong). He even helped us to board our luggage on the taxi.

Everything was very good and the people there was very nice, kind and very helpful. Very nice ambiance and pretty room even if the bathroom was small. The hotel is situated very close to the center of town and all the attractions of the city but in the same time is in a quiet road. Very nice place to stay, good price and excellent hospitality. I would stay there another time with big pleasure.
