La ubicacion del hotel - el servicio, el silencio para dormir, el personal, que siempre había algien que hablaba español, y lo bien comunicado que estaba al tener una estacion de metro en la misma plaza, el servicio de dejar las maletas al tener que dejar el hotel y recogerlas cuando quisieramos.

We were delighted with this small and pretty hotel. We booked for a double room but we were given a relatively large one, considering Paris standards, and with an extra bed. I didn't know the area at all, and didn't want to waste time searching for everything and didn't have my i-phone. An the night receptionist googled everything for me, printed stuff off and directed me. Nothing was too much trouble, I was feeling tired and they even let me stay an hour later. The hotel in itself was very modern, quiet, clean and had gorgeous design features and furniture.....lovely place!!! Would stay again!!!!

Room was fine, very comfortable (though simple) beds, Plenty of light in the daytime, from window with view on the tree-lined street. Wifi worked fine. Good breakfast, with full assortment. Bathroom (with shower) fine. Well situated, close to Métro and bus, to get into centre quickly, within zone 1 of public transport. Area fine, felt safe. Shopping centre literally across the road, including supermarket. Would certainly stay again in this hotel.

Got a taxi from Gare du Nord for just under Euro 20. Hotel has two steps up to reception and an elevator. We chose this hotel as it was close to Montpanasse RER which we needed the following morning. Loved the location. It's in an area where there are a lot going on but there aren't many tourists and we felt totally safe. Unlike certain neighborhoods in district 2, 9, and 11 where we don't feel safe. The neighborhood is very diverse and has a very "authentic" vibe because there aren't too many tourists that venture out there. The second-hand market two blocks from the hotel on Sundays was so much fun!
Hotel was very clean and reasonably priced. Bathroom is updated and new. Staff was overall

The position of the hotel, cleanness, I bought a single room but had double bed and they accepted my 8 yo kid without any problem or extra money, nice breakfast room with a terrasse, my room was towards the back yard and it was very quiet, a mini market just around the corner, rather good wifi signal compared to other Paris hotels I've been in -

When you go into the room, you'll see it looks definitely the same as the photo they post on the website. It's very clear and bright. There were two if us lived in a three-person room, so it's really comfortable for us. The best thing is the wifi is able in your room!
