all the standard Ibis Budget hotel chain you expected, plus it is near the RER to Paris centre. One of the staff (Mouloud) is really helpful, friendly, cheerful and speaks good English. He is one of the best and most helpful Ibis BUdget or Etap hotel staffs I have ever met during my many stays at Etap or Ibis Budget. Staff was friendly, english and french speaking. We asked to change our room because of the problems with the 3d bed wich is fixed on the wall and they immediately changed the room. No keys, all the locks is coded and it's very convenient: you don't need to wait anybody at the reception.
todo comentarios » About a 5 minute walk to the train station. Fairly easy to get to down town Paris. Ask the people at the train station for the "Mobile" pass. It's about 6 euros a person and it covers trains and metros while traveling down town. Hotel staff was very friendly. Rooms were really clean. Close to the RER (faster than the Métro). Clean and comfortable budget hotel. 3-person rooms. Free Wi-Fi. Inexpensive secure parking. Air conditioning. Basic, but adequate, breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean, decent place. Used it for a business trip, stayed for sleeping - for this cause it was more than perfect. Simple ,functional , quiet - good garage !!. the staff were excellent and extremely helpful The breakfast was good - help yourself., hardly any cheese left, didn't have any otherwise hot croissants and lovely - breakfast staff also lovely and helpful. Good location if going to the Zenith Theatre and subway right outside the door if going into central Paris. Certainly worth the price. Rooms were pretty clean. Nice breakfast for just 6 euros. Not too far from Metro station. Good clean room and perfect location (the minimum distance to metro and rer station). Good location near train station Pantin, great shower, spacious room. The underground parking have to pay and at the time, the parking door has some problem, so a little hassle to manage opening and closing. The smell in rooms on the ground floor is awful! Plus it's impossible to open the windows in these rooms. It was so clean it smelled like a hospital in our room. But we got used to it after awhile. Only very minor things: Bring your own bath-mat for the shower. Bring your own kettle (although there's a vending machine in the lobby). No shower gel, no towel/mat to stand on when you got out of shower extremely cramped shower with rubbish shower head which jiggled about etc. - BUT it was clean which is the most important. Kettle and cups in the room at least, if not coffee and tea. More variety in the breakfast. The family room (3 adult and 1 child) that I book at reality didn't match the photo at site letsbookhotel.com. The room was disgusting and I change this room to 2 double room. At total I paid more about 100 euro for my period of stay. The room smelled like smoke, had to open the windows but it was freezing outside! Dodgy neighbourhood at nighttime, fine during the day. The neighbourhood didn't look quite safe. Eric ( night porter) was atrocious. Very poor following our complaint relating to a smoky room. Unwilling to assist and more concerned about his personal phone conversation.
