  Loved the stuff, just SO friendly (excpect when i showed up at 3 a.m. and the door was locked and I had to wake up the owner:P). The location is really good considering it's Nice (10 minutes walk from the centre), really close to tramway and the railway.   Everything about my stay here was amazing. The location is perfect: immediately next to the beach on one side and the old town on the other. The owner who run this place, Max, goes above and beyond. He even emails me in advance of arrival to see if I needed any help. Breakfast is provided free each morning, made with love. Ask for the quiche! Location is right next to old town, which is better than the touristy new town, but all walking distants to each other. And the place if extremely clean.

  Nice Art Hotel is a very nice hostel for backpackers or people who have limited budget, and is located right in the center of Nice (very close to the train station). I stayed there for 3 nights, and enjoyed it because the bed was comfortable and the facilities were clean. It was safe to leave my stuff in the room and not to worry about it. The WCs and the showers are relatively clean. The breakfast is good.
