The following fees apply for arrivals outside check-in hours: - Arrivals between 19:00 and 21:00: EUR 20 fee - Arrivals between 21:00 and 23:00: EUR 30 fee - Arrivals after 23:00: EUR 50 fee If you plan to leave the accommodation before 08:30, a EUR 30 extra fee applies. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Rental is possible but must be requested at the time the reservation is made. Credit card details will be requested upon arrival for the security deposit. Please note that the agency does not accept cash deposits, only credit card deposits can be accepted. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 22 bis Boulevard Dubouchage, 06000 Nice. Please inform Apartments Palais des Expositions in advance of your expected arrival time. A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
