Location was pretty good. Only 10min walk from Bastille and also 5min walk from Breguet Sabin. There were many cafes and restaurants near by the accomodation. Especially the owner, Caroline was so nice and kind that she can touch anybody come to the accomodation, and we were also touched from our hearts. Even if we broke the lamp just beside our b

Caroline, the owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The decor was new and vibrant but most importantly clean! The bathroom in the comfort double room was fantastic and very modern.
The location was great, with a vibrant traditional cafe strip at the of the road and subway stations 5 mins away. Breakfast was simple and enjoyable.
This is a perfect stay for a solo traveller or young couple on a city break. Would most definately recommend it.

Staff were excellent and very attentive. The room was great. Breakfast was excellent every morning. Very close to public transport (access to and from airport is best done via train - get off at Jourdain station). Internet (free) wifi access on every floor. Much cheaper to eat out in local area than in the centre of Paris.

Very friendly, delicious breakfast, convenient location (few minutes from Jourdain metro, and also very handy for direct buses to/from Gare du Nord - frequent no 26 fto/rom Jourdain, less frequent no 48 to/from Place des Fetes. These are much more convenient than getting the metro, and the busstop is dierectly opposite Gare du Nord.

what we wanted for breakfast even before we arrived.

Spacious apartment with a modern/classical design. Room to relax and recover from a day in an always busy city. The bed was very nice and comfortable (although a bit high for smaller people).

Was the best we had in Paris, fresh croissants, baguette, coffee -
Marine, the owner. Super host. Friendly and flexible about the arrangement of the apartment, and breakfast delivery. Great coffee in the morning, even super early. She knows the 5th really well and has excellent restaurant suggestions. The location is excellent for exploring the 5th and it is easy to get there via RER B or the metro. I felt at home and really enjoyed my 5 day stay there during November.
