The hotel location is very convenient with many cafes, grocery stores and metro stations nearby. The room (bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom) was well equipped and very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The staff at the front desk was very professional, attentive, helpful and kind. Elsa, Xavier and the lady on duty the day of our departure (1/12/13 around 12:00 pm) were particularly outstanding on their performance. We truly felt this was our home away from home. The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day. The location is perfect and the hotel is very romantic. We came to Paris from Turkey for our wedding. Concierge (especially Christophe) helped a lot to us. Everything was perfect. Thanks to Pont Royal for this wonderful experience. We will come there again.
