The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had accidentally booked
our bus ticket for the wrong day and didn't find out until the day
of and the friendly Receptionist helped us contact the agency to rectify
the issue. Thank goodness! The location was close to Gare du Nord and
easy to find. The metro is a block away and very convenient (just be
mindful of pickpockets when you are entering the metro, anywhere in
Paris, as a matter of fact). This Best Western is also located 10
minutes away

We had a ball in Paris! - The hotel was clean and secure, although the noise from the street could be heard. We had a room for 4 people and it was very comfortable. The location was convenient to city sites and local transportation. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The rooftop gave a great view of the city lights! Sebastian at the front desk was very helpful!

metro station (Bercy) right next to an atm, around the corner from
Moulin Rouge and in the same street at Amelie's Cafe. The staff was

The staff were welcoming and spoke good English. The rooms were small but comfortable and well appointed and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was very good by Paris standards. The location was very good - walking distance to Sacre Coeur, Pigale, Galleries Lafayette and Printemps, etc. The Metro was close by so it was an easy location to stay

Very kind in helping to arrange air transportation to our next destination, as we were determining our itinerary ad lib. Room and bath clean, wood flooring, tile in bath modern, decor modern in heart of old Paris. LOVED our stay here! Perfect location too.
