Friendly welcome when we arrived and very helpful with anything we needed throughout our stay. Room (No 26) was spacious, really comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen area, and large bathroom with loads of towels. Great shower with plenty of hot water any time of day. The apartment was very clean and close to the railway station.
The staff were very friendly and helpful . The kitchen was well equipped which was great because we like to do a lot of our own cooking . It was very quiet . Just a short stroll to the shops. Would definetly recomend staying here.

Location perfect in old town, near restaurants, bars, beach, Cathederal, 1 minute from cathederal/vieille ville airport bus 98 and tram stop. Perfect base.

Apartment was les orchidees (or a name like that cant remember exactly), when we initially booked i looked up the apartment we had been assigned and emailed them saying we requested a change of apartment - which they did with no issues. Check in and out no probs, as others stated be aware you need to clean apartment (or pay high fees fir housekeeping). good location. Very well stocked apartment (all cleaning products, tea coffee etc).

A wonderful location - about 5 minutes from a small and relatively quiet beach and a pleasant 15 minute stroll along the sea front into the old town.
The welcome couldn't have been warmer and the room was very comfortable and clean. Being able to sit in the lovely garden to read and have breakfast was a real added bonus.
If we return to Nice we will gladly stay at Villa Leonie again.

Location of this hotel is perfect. It is over the Rue Massena, the loveliest pedestrian street, many bistros and bars,restaurants. Anja was helpful and spoke english very well.

I loved it! Perfect location, the kitchen is very well equipped, the
room is quite small but had everything I needed. Even if it is located
on a very busy pedestrian street, once I closed the windows, the noise
didn't disturb me one bit. I am a light sleeper and I was quite
worried that I would be up all night, but I didn't hear any noise. I
am planning my next trip to NIce and will be ataying at Ajoupa!

Friendly owner with excellent English who made us feel welcome and helped us each day with our travel plans. It was one of the highlights of our stay to befriend Gilles and his friendly little dog, Cosette!
We enjoyed a delicious continental breakfast each morning. Nice range of local food and it was a good opportunity to talk to other guests.

We had a wonderful five day stay in Nice recently. Despite the cool and
sometimes rainy weather we managed to have a good time with a marvelous
bike tour of the city, a visit to Villefranche and Beaulieu with lots of
walking to take in the incredible scenery, a visit to the medieval
village of Eze and a lovely, if wet, day visiting the Matisse, Chagall
and Beaux Arts museums. Our base for all this activity was the Hotel
Victor Hugo. We highly reccommend it. Our room (Guernsey) was clean,
