I loved the staff at this hotel. The front desk was very helpful. Especially a lady named Mili. The front desk in general guided us about train stations, restaurants and everything else that we needed. The location is spot on with the metro station right next door. We had a change of plan and extended the trip by two more days but they were sold out. Still they called up other hotels in vicinity and got us reservation. Even though the hotel was rather 'tired' it had everything I wanted - room service, a kettle in the room, bathrobe, and one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in in a hotel for a long time! This hotel is almost brand new. My husband and I loved the design and
our room was fabulous. Very comfortable bed and arm chairs. The staff
were also very courteous and helpful. We've stayed in various hotels
in Paris. This one beats them all. We also ate at the restaurant of the
hotel, and highly recommend it!

We arrived back in Paris after a long day the staff were efficient and friendly, we ere given an upgrade to a lovely room with a sofa and a late check out. Initially we only booked for 1 night the next morning we changed the booking adding another night. A very enjoyable stay in a great location -

our room was large and comfortable. We were very pleased it was a
