  en general todo ok porque calidad precio y la ubicacion están muy bien - Al llegar al hotel había algún problema con nuestra habitación y al estar el hotel lleno nos alojaron en el hotel de enfrente de la misma cadena pero más superior.   We enjoyed our stay at Ibis Lafayette very much. Location is excellent - just a mere moment from Gare du Nord in a quiet side street. I imagine it may be a bit far from the centre to some people but the metro is just 2 min away and it will take you to Louvre in 10 mins. This is the only hotel I found that had breakfast included and it was of such a great quality too. The room is basic but has eve - The room was compact and comfortable with a nice view of the Pierre Semard street, quiet and so typically Parisian. Breakfast was awesome, everything fresh and abundant. The staff very helpful. We really had a great stay at this hotel which I recommend to other travellers. Location, 5 minutes walking from Poissoniere metro station and 10 minutes leisurely walking to the Opera Garnier and Galeries Lafayette. Great!

Although the lift is broken down, the staff has arranged someone to help me carry the luggage upto my room. I think the lift has been fixed. So I think there will not be - The location is perfect. If you are young, you can walk everywhere. As a back up, two metro stations, Bonne Nouvelle and Strasbourg-Saint Denis are only steps away. I was worried about the traffic noise at night, but on the third floor it was no problem.

  We stayed at Riviera for 3 nights, I have to say the Staff of the hotel were really friendly and helping. The hotel had internet for free in loby, and also at nights when we want to drink tea, they borrowed us their kettle. They also helped us about sightseeing. The rooms were good as well, the beds were a little bit small, but comfortable. Bonus was finding a little lift to get there in! Staff were friendly and helpful - definately recommend to others.
