Hotel Fabric is a very nice place to stay. Location is good (near is a metro station nr 9), even though if you want go to the city centre on foot it’s possible.
I love they breakfast – everything was delicious (fresh orange and grapefruit juice!) and they serve more than in Mediterranean style (cured, boiled eggs, cheese).
They offer for the visitors coffee and tea without limits whole day!

Las instalaciones estaban en muy buen estado y limpias. El personal es muy profesional y atento, excelente. - La ubicación es excelente todo esta a la mano. Las instalaciones del hotel son relativamente nuevas, el baño de la habitación es muy bueno. La limpieza diaria de la habitación también es buena.

The best location I have had so far in Paris - quiet street, yet close to the centre of activity. Metro, buses connection is superb. Walking distance to many sights, both sides of the Seine. Lots of shopping around. The range and number of dining options is amazing. The hotel is very charming, with excellent personnel.
