Important information to guests

All guests will be required to purchase insurance for the accommodation. The owner will send all the information via email after booking. Please note that French guests will be asked to present a copy of a valid home insurance for the villa. Bed linen is changed once per week for stays of more than 7 nights. Bed linen and towels are not provided during the Film festival in May. Please contact the property 30 minutes before your arrival. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. During the Congress period, please note that a damages deposit amounting to 60% of the total stay will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay. Outside the congress period, a damage deposit amounting to the total stay will be requested upon arrival.
