The owners, Aude & Sebastien are a lovely couple - nothing is too
much trouble. We arrived early and although our room was not ready we
were able to leave our luggage. Aude greeted us with coffee and lots of

Sebastian was the most enthusiastic and entertaining owner in our
travels in France.On arrival our delightful room was ready and we were
offered an armagnac or hot and cold beverage.A Meal was not available on
the day we arrived but we partook in a wine tasting and tapas evening.
Great little cellar and a passionate host regaling us with the history
of his wines.We complete tasting notes lots of fun as our older
children(adults) joined us. We didn't need dinner as the degustation

The accomadition is very good, the Host is very friendly and helpfull.
Access to the City is very easy via tram service. I could highly
recomend Chambres d'Hôtes Les Séraphines. If you want a very
comfortable and good nights sleep this is the place to stay. -

Where do I start, we had the best stay here the accommodation was excellent the breakfast was delicious, the outdoor dining garden room, and piere the owner offered his personal assistance to assist us with our onward bookings/ translations, both he and his personal assistant exceeded our expectations. -

The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

The facilities in the room are excellent - lots of power sockets, excellent toiletries, availability of fresh fruit, wine, well stocked mini bar.
The hotel is right in the centre of Bordeaux.

muy bien situado a un paso del centro; parking en el mismo edificio, cosa que en Burdeos es de agradecer; todo novísimo en sept 2008, y por tanto muy limpio; es aparthotel, así que tiene mini cocina con nevera, cubiertos etc; y si vais 4 (en mi caso 2+ 2 niños) sale muy bien de precio (140 euros 4 pers). La hab tiene un separador que la divide en 3
... lo que la gente dice » zonas indep (1 cocina+ mesa, 2 hab+tv, y 3 hab). - La ubicación, en pleno centro, la facilidad del parking, y además las instalaciones, pues el hotel es completamente nuevo (agosto 2008). Una muy grata experiencia.

Upon arrival the owner, Remy, had the curtesy not only to inform us that
there was secure parking available for a very reasonable price, but he
also parked it for us and brought the car back to us the day we left!

We had a wonder ful a few days in Bordeaux staying at Chambre en Ville.
The location is perfect: right in the city centre but in a small street,
so it is quiet. If you like the Marais district in Paris, you will love
this place. Our room was very spacious, with a hallway entrance and
separate bathroom and toilet. Very comfortable! And it was ony one of
the Junior Suites! The owner was very helpful and loves sharing his
knowledge of the city. There is a private garage where you can park your
car

Hotel is old but large airy room with small ensuite. Slept well and
adequate continental b/fast. No lift so gd exercise gettings bags to
room. Took bus from airport to end of its route and were directed to the
tourist office. Easy walk from there to hotel. Bordeaux is a beautiful
city and very clean. Noticeably less butts and rubbish. Took an hour

we stayed in Le Dauphin and wanted an extra night as our train was cancelled, as there wasnt any availability the staff helped us find another hotel and really went beyond the call of duty, thank you!
