The hotel is typical IBIS - not a bad thing, not a good thing, just a fact. Personell is very friendly and is doing a good job and make you feel pleasant. Location is also pretty good - right near the train station and 10 min walking to the very center of town. WiFi worked well. -

Me ha sorprendido agradablemente que al contactar por teléfono antes de alojarnos, para ubicar el Hotel, la recepcionista supiera español. Camas bastante cómodas y facilidades para té y café en la habitación. - La habitación muy buena, nos pusieron cuna para el bebe desayunocorrecto - es necessario llevar coche para acceder al hotel

The location is not in dowtown but quite convenient as Avingon is small region. The room, facility, the toilet...everything is very good. My husband and I like the breakfast very much: simple but offert everything you need for the breakfast: croissance, ham, cheess...and fresh fruits. I recomment you staying in Ibis Avignon if you have few days. -

We appreciated the location, near a main road for arrival yet close to the city center (15 min of a pleasant walk). The staff was helpful and friendly, the room clean (even if small), and the entire procedure from start to finish easy.

This is very good value for money. This hotel is very close to downtown Avignon, though not sure if it is walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is awesome, in front of the square just steps from Palace of Popes. The bed was the best we stayed when in France (Paris, Avignon and Nice), very clean and roomy enough (think this is Europe).
The staff was very friendly and with lots of recommended places to go out to eat. -
