The location and building were amazing. It was just a fabulous place. We loved every minute. It was old world and had not been tampered with too much. I hope it just stays the same.
Basic but comfortable accommodation in a very good location within easy walking distance of the highlights of the Old Town. Car parking if you need it.
Central location for this down at heel hotel made it worth it. Great parking, but I doubt you'd find a place in high season as it's tiny.

The decorations of the room, the linen, the view of the courtyard and it is quiet. The bed was also comfortable.
Location and free parking were awesome. Woman on duty during the morning when we arrived was helpful and sweet.
Not a problem for us but some might find the basic bath and (hand-held) shower a bit tricky to get used to.
Scruffy out of date everything really and a creepy night jobsworth concierge who wanted to keep my car keys.

The staff was competent, but not very friendly. The reception area and the back yard patio can be more inviting if decorated or renovated to make the guests feel more welcome. Wifi was only one hour free and can only be used once in the lobby. Annoying!! Good potential for a great hotel though.
the night staff was very peculiar - they need to go to some customer friendliness training. The room was a bit dowdy - could use some brightening up.
