It was a family friendly hotel, with facilities for children like playground and playarea. As this trip included both business and leisure considerations, the hotel was ideal for business access & commuting by train into Cannes, as well as for relaxation by the beach, excellent shopping & good restaurants in the evening. The staff were extremely helpful in all aspects. They immediately gave us an upgraded room when we checked in

The owner/staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal or walikng into town center. The Voillle Sailing Regatta was in full swing...very exciting! My wife and I loved the owners resident dog and 21 year old cat! Breakfasts were delicious...the pool inviting! The outside bar fun!! We will definitely go back to this wonderful hotel. -

- La situación céntrica del hotel - The staff on reception couldnt have been more helpful, the room had a lot of character and location was excellent to get the real feel of nice. We loved Le Grimaldi it was better than I expected. I did a lot of researching on trip advisor and cannot understand how anyone could have any complaints - Lovely hotel

used Chateau le Cagnard as a haven before the long flight to Australia

1-The Junior Suite's comfortable bed, pillow, and down comforter.
2-Hotel is in a fantastic medieval village that is still inhabited and sits atop a high hill (or small mountain) with a view of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding mountains.
3-Fabulous gourmet restaurant with Chef Stephan. Dinner is not to be missed! Try the goat cheese spread, and steak or chicken dinners. Never had a bad meal.
4-Walking through picturesque medieval village and taking pictures.

Had a great stay at the hostel. I arrived late at night with the train
and there was no problem checking in. For me the best part was the
walking tour, if it is done during one of the days you are staying, do
not even think about not doing it. Emilie was a great tour-guide and
made the city come alive with her descriptions and stories. This alone
made staying there worthwhile.The location is perfect, right in the
center of town and the rooms are clean, just remember to bring your own
