Good but quiet enough location for a nice price. Big screen TV and funny that it includes services like waking up to a sheep tune alarm clock!
Microwave a bit cranky but really comes in handy for a breakfast or dinner!.
The shopping was great with all stores less than five minutes away. Room
was good with large tv, coffee maker, microwave, fridge and kettle. Long

Self check in, no reception, but it's still convenient to use. Room and bathroom are clean. Free WIFI and free coffee and tea provided.

Great location as we were passing through on a longer journey. Suited our budget as we could share the room as a group of four. Enough hot water for four showers! Fridge, microwave and kettle with tea etc were very handy.

The 24/7 help desk is a rip off. They have you on line for minutes on end without getting a real operator! Other guest in our same floor were having trouble with the door code...so make sure you print it and keep it before your trip...otherwise it is hardly impossible to contact staff!.
The only complaint was that the rooms were very warm. Went out and
purchased two table fans. Helped to stay cool.

- We had to wait a long time to get to talk to the staff (like 5 minutes).

It was a bit cold in the room. In Vaasa no negative, many thanks!.
On mail was one room number, in sms - another one !!!.
Fold-out beds were not quite clean, some stains and hairs etc. An extra pillow for each of the beds would have made a big difference to the comfort.

i dont like the way omena alway call the security to walk peopleout of the hotel after collecting money if a costomer there should be last warming.
Lack of choice of lightning.
Bathroom too small.
Room too small for a family holiday.
Lack of personnel made it a "cold" experience, no feeling of being a special guest.
Lack of breakfast.
Very bad cleaning staff, cleaning once a week and even it is very bad
No cupboard ANC bed mattress is not comfortable at all.
