  Everything was perfect! From the moment we checked in, we were very pleased with the staff and how attentive they were to our needs. I loved everything about this hotel ! - The location is the best in Helsinki right by the harbour. The hotel is a luxury boutique sized hotel. The rooms are large and very nicely appointed with big bathrooms. Ask for a harbour view room. It has a decent spa. The Havis restaurant and the very old Sundmans Krog brasserie are lovely. Overall this hotel is smart, with a lovely lounge and nice relaxed atmosphere. I am very choosy about hotels and Haven is thoroughly recommendable if you visit Helsinki...

  The location is superb; it's right next to central train station, and it's also the final stop of Finnair airport shuttle bus (30 min.ride; driver can take credit cards). Right next to the main train station/metro and facing an open bus staion - yet without any of that sleaziness that infects European train/bus stations. Finns are just too nice to be sleazy and are also darn good-looking!!! They have to be the handsomest race I have ever or will ever see.

  I'm impressed for the kindness and friendly attitude of staffs. They are happy to give any help for you. And lounge and kitchen are easy to use and have communication with other tourists.
