apartment was just a few minutes from city center. staff was very very helpful. very polite and when i had router problems even offered to drop by the apartment same day to check it out and fix it....in short: Everything was excellent! -
If you come late at night keys can be picked up on the train station (till 22.00) or at the airport (24/7)

su excelente ubicación, buena relación precio/calidad y sus prestaciones - Jugend-room was lovely, and I liked the whole atmosphere. It was nice also to have two great bars in the hotel - American Bar street-level which has best drinks in Helsinki and Ateljee Bar in floor 14 where you can see the whole city. This is a very nice accomodation, clean, with facilities for home cooking. The location is in the old part of the center, near the famous cathedral and the market and near the boats for trips on to the near islands. We had a great stay over there, also because the very exceptional weather, sunny and warm. At that moment the highest temperatures in Europe.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Breakfast was well-stocked and the bar and cafe on ground floor looked tidy and comfy. Room (twin) was clean and spacious, and had what I needed. Very well noise-insulated room, I did not hear a peep from outside. -

Very good quality, well equipped apartments with great views in a central location. Terrace will be lovely in the summer months (we visited in November). Good walks, restaurants, shopping and most sites close-by. Please note that this is an apartment, not a hotel, so no breakfast or cleaning provided but there is an excellent Fazer cafe next door.
