The room is very clean and quiet, has everything for a comfortable stay. It is perfectly attuned and very inexpensive option that would stop the company of friends or family.

The family room was comfortable. Some tea and coffe were free. The kettle and the micro oven made our staying comfortable.

The tea set and oven were OK. All codes and door Nr. were sent as promised. The bathroom door lock has broke down and one of our family members was locked inside. The maintenance technician arrived in <15min after a call to Helpdesk and opened the door.
Locatian and frendly staff. We can changed our room because air/condition didn` t working well.

She wrote a letter asking to send the codes on the phone all the guests, as came a great company. But the code is sent only to me.

The door code arrived by e-mail, but the room number didn't arrive by sms. There was no staff and reception available, that is why I had to make a phone call. Thank God the receptionist on the phone could speak English.
The bed has 2 mattresses, rather than one large.

Unmanaged climate was cool.
Access code on the street door coincides with the code to the room. On the street there are often people at the entrance.
When I booked this room, there was no indication that everything was done by email. They emailed a "door code" but I never got a room number. The "phone in the entry" was not there. Ultimately found an internet cafe and a woman with a cell phone (our US ones don't work in Europe), contacted the help desk, got the room number and got in. You need to know the system and get room and door numbers in a timely fashion.

Towels are only changed every 4 days. But that's not too bad.

It was wery warm in the room. Windows were not opened and air/condition was bad.
