We stayed at Old palace resort for 3.nights for vacation. Reception staff were very friendly and very helpful specially Mr. Sherif very professional and was following up with all my needs after check-in.
Also, Housekeeping is very good. Room very cleaning and well maintained

Very helpful and pleasant staff, lots of space, facilities and evening
shows. Location is close to Sekala which is full of restaurants and
shops though its cheaper in Senzo if you are going for some shopping.
Allowed us a later checkout by 2 hours for free. It was unusually cold
and it snowed in Cairo and they provided a heater. Room service and f

The apartment was very spacious, could easily take 4 people comfortably
(if you don't mind sharing 1 bathroom)
The apartment had a partial sea view, with tennis courts and swimming pool, and even a gym downstairs
All hotel facilities are accessible to apartment guests, even the private hotel beach and island
The staff are very helpful!
The property was very much value for money, and would definitely stay here again!

We had a 4 days reservation and extended one more day (wished we could extend more), we had spacious family room with large bathroom.
what I liked the most is :
-Staff Dedication: Receptionists , Mr Salah the night manager ( took care of a problem with my door lock and gave us another room in better place)

All was perfect. The food was very good and with great variety . We suggest to try the a la carte hotel arabbeya, amazing really. Room 15202 beautiful position and nice half suite . Staff very professional . We will come back for sure! Special thanks to the front line manager speaking italian mr Lotfy!
